Longer where required

Where records are needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes, they may be kept for up to 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where the law requires.

At the time of writing, the GA4 property uses a 2-month event-data retention setting and a 14-month user-data retention setting.
